RADIATOR NEWLINE CORSA MAX

The Italian company has defined radiators and accessories as the protagonists of its new catalog, as always in the name of technology and quality.

For 2021 radiators, New-Line Racing confirms the use of the innovative MAX core designed, developed and tested to increase the cooling of kart engines. Compared to a standard core, the MAX core resulted in a weight decrease of up to 20%. Even more important is the increase of up to 10% of the cooling capacity, a value that allows for lower engine operating temperatures with a consequent improvement in performance.

The New-Line Racing 2021 radiator range covers all kart drivers' requests: from single-speed engines to gearbox engines, for any season of the year and environmental conditions. New-Line Racing radiators are handcrafted in Italy by highly specialized personnel and subjected to strict quality control tests.

Among the leading products we can mention the CORSA radiator, which in addition to the MAX core boasts an internal structure that divides the core itself in two, thus allowing water to remain inside the radiator for a longer time, which improves cooling compared to a traditional radiator of the same size.

Suitable for the summer season, the DOUBLE MAX, thanks to a radiant mass of 43 cm x 29 cm and the double cooling circuit, manages to lower the temperature of the shifter motors and allows you to make the most of their performance.

For the OK and OKJ categories, where weight plays an important role, the ideal radiator is the R-OK MAX: with only 1.680 kg of weight, it guarantees perfect engine cooling, despite having a small core.

As always, this year too the New-Line Racing product range is not limited to radiators, but also includes a wide range of accessories dedicated to karting which is enriched with new water pump belts and silicone hose supports. The latter, in particular, are available in various colors and support the tube without compressing it, ensuring the correct water flow.

Also new are the fuel pipes made specifically to resist racing fuels, available in the green, yellow, orange, blue, red variants in addition to the classic "transparent" version. All this without forgetting the useful accessories to facilitate the kart driver's life on the track, such as the kart trolley, the tire holder and the technical clothing line.
